directly on De Ritz's current rates at the time of the reservations.
Please be aware that rates and availability are subject to
change in real time and without prior notice.
We have a 24-hour checking in cycle, this facilitates us to serve
you better. In case of late arrival we shall hold your reservation
for up to 6 hours. After which we release your reservation.
We reserve the right to levy the No Show charge. Room charge
for one night will be charged to your credit card as per policy.
To avoid being charged please inform us about any delay in
your arrival or any amendments to your reservation.
Refunds: Any refunds due to you will be made promptly after
receipt of written cancellation notice and deduction of the
cancellation charge as applicable to you. We also deduct the
3% processing charge for the credit card transaction. Please
note, however, that no refunds will be made for any services
provided that you do not use.

Deposit amount will be 200% of the applicable room tariff.
Should you wish to change any details of your booking, we will
do our best to help. Non-arrival at hotel (No Show) – will cost
you Room charge for one night.
Extension of Stay: depend on room availability and early notice.
The rack rate applies if you inform us the night before.
Late Checkout: 50% of the rack rate applies and the room can
be used by you for another 6 hours. This cannot be reversed.
In case you fail to check out post the 6 hours then we charge
100% of the rack rate to you and the room can be used by you
for another 18 hours. This cannot be reversed.
In case you do not wish to be charged for the extended stay you
can call up the hotel and ask for your bill to be settled and your
possessions vacated from the room in your absence. At any
point in time after your scheduled time of check-out, the hotel
has the right to vacate your room in your absence and offer the
room to another guest.
Luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late
departures at no extra cost.
